K, right now, I'm running on $6.10 peppermint mocha bought from starbucks at City Link 5 hours ago, advertising under the "Treat somebody!" sign. I treated myself I guess. (My brain's accustomed to storing useless details okay.) Sleep can wait a long long time.
So yeah, time to finally blog random rant-able stuff.
1. ETERNAL SLACKDOM:
Like everyone else, I feel strangely NORMAL. Which isn't the right thing to feel after 4 years of gruelling torture's been thrown off your back. Whatever. Time to rip my entry proof to shreds!
Bio MCQ was extremely weird. Cambridge should seriously give us nice questions, without grey areas, so stupid kids like me won't get tricked. Like really, even people like us can't think: If carbon dioxide can be recycled, why can't oxygen too?
2. Post-Os:
Was spent bowling with Guixian, Qiaoer, Celeste, while Mayshuen and Yuhui stoned. Heng for these people, if not I would've be stuck at home with my laptop, ds and ps2 and whatever locked up in my mom's room and I'll end up flipping through the tv. And believe me, no one would wanna waste their life like that after Os.
BOWLING SUCKS. And I thought my skills were good. Like with my damn cool throw-like-ah-ma skills. (Inside joke from last year) Okay, the first game was good. If you consider surpassing Qiaoer good. :D Then I started long kanging like mad dog during the second game, until you can draw a straight line for the number of dashes they put on the scoreboard. 13/20 TIMES. Record siol.
3. Pre-post-Os:
Aka, after chem MCQ last friday, whereby everyone was in holiday mood already. To all you people who haven't taken Os critising this fact and saying "you should be studying!" (I would say that, last year), lemme tell you that YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING YET. >:D
Yeah, so, watched The Incite Mill: Seven Days Of Death Game with Jemie, Guixian, Celeste, Mengdi, Mayshuen and Daphne, aka bball gang, after playing bball. And our skills were like shit. I mean, we took what, 5 tries to get the damn ball into the damn hoop. Plus we forgot that you could actually dribble in basketball and ended up just passing. Studying seriously numbs the senses.
Anw, THE MOVIE WAS AWESOME. Because it was japanese. And we DID try convincing ronghui to come watch, instead of her being lame and studying C lit at home. Her arguement went from "I'd actually rather go watch megamind. (GASP)" to "It's Japanese!" to "I don't like the way Japanese speak" to "But you need to read the subtitles and watch at the same time!". So I told her to be a man (like me), called her racist, told Celeste to speak Japanese to her to torture her, then gave up.
The movie started with the exact same main character from deathnote. This guy is seriously acting in all the japanese psychological thrillers. Gosh. Mengdi was sort of squealing and swooning while Jemie was like "aiyah, this guy again!".
And the more ironic thing being: The 'death game' started with him taking a part time job of an hourly fee of like 80 k yen. That's like S$1200 man. Then later that night, I was watching K-On! (some random anime) and Mugi was asking Ritsu, "How about this part time job?" in like the exact same stand-in-front-of-the-magazine-rack-in-the-bookshop scene in the movie. And Ritsu replied "What? 70 000 yen per hour? That's way too suspicious." Like eh? High schoolers can tell that a shitload of money for a part time job's suspicious while the grown up dude in the movie can't. I marvel at the world of the Japanese.
K, blogging feels unnatural now. I swear I would post regularly due to intense boredom from holidays. And to all you tweeters/ tumblrers saying blogging are for outdated people, I DON'T CARE YO!
