DEAR BLOG, this marks the 6^th day of me staying DOWN UNDERR. I apologise for not writing in advance because I was busy as hella lol. Like on the first day we already started chionging stuff like settling the car and shit haha. BUT im writing now because my dear shengjun requested so haha. :D

1. NEW CAR

Which is a Toyota YARIS (gotta write this down for my failing memory sake, if someone asks what kind of car it is.) YAR IT IS A YARIS. The carplate writes: “VICTORIA – STAY ALERT, STAY ALIVE”. Lol apparently slightly older cars have the caption: “VICTORIA – THE PLACE TO BE”. Omg so cool right lol.

It’s a gray hatchback, which means its bigger than usual lol I really hope I don’t damage it if I drive it D: Speaking of which, I CANNOT DRIVE IT YET because my driving license is probably still printing in Singapore. -.- WHY YALL NEED 1 MONTH TO PRINT A CARD LOL. Monash only took like 1 minute to print out my ID card after taking an impromptu picture with a webcam.

2. NEW APARTMENT

So, my bro had to move out of his miserable studio apartment into this coolass 2 room apartment because ME. Lol legit reason there. And when we went to see his old room (to transfer his stuff), IT WAS SO CLUTTERED LOL. His bed was left unmade for 3 months unattended too. OMG and he complains about living with me huh. D:

ANW THIS COOLASS 2 ROOM APARTMENT IS DAMN COOL. Our residential address says its on BLACKBURN ROAD yo, don’t you love the cool road names. Not like lameass ang mo kio or yio chu kang :D heheh. Anyways, our apartment is like… a 2 room HDB apartment omg. When you come in theres the living room and kitchen. Then to your left is the BALCONY (which I expect we wont use much because the weather is too chilly to comfortably eat a meal outside haha). And to your right are the rooms. One room is like x1.5 BIGGER than the other. What kind of lame discrimination is this lol. Anyways, I generously gave my bro the bigger one, secretly because I wanted a smaller surface area to clean. Yeah man laziness 101.

AND ofc on the first day of getting my room I had to snazz it up. :D

WHOOO. Them autumn leaves and the wooden chandelier were like $2 from daiso, and the pretty flowers were $0.50 from the bargain section in IKEA. Then the greenish LEAVES (yes they are leaves damnnit) hanging thingy were DIYed back in Singapore. Lolol damn I’m gonna be so happy studying around my cheap pretty DIY shits. Maybe I’ll switch it up during the different seasons if Im really bored. :D

3. UNI

Hmm ok well walking to uni takes 20 minutes if you walk as leisurely as me. Its 10 minutes at my bro’s insane med student pace LOL. I guess cos it gets really cold so you’ld wanna walk really fast haha. The walk is pretty nice :D The trees tweet at you randomly but you cant see the birds lol. And theres a stretch of road lined with gum trees that passes a river with a super huge geese and duckies. (You can feed them omg so kyute) The birds are super cute and fat too haha and they don’t really fly away when you try moving close to them cos they’re used to people. (This might be a bad thing) And the summer flies are really retarded lol they just fly blindly at your face and sometimes into your mouth. :/ Some people look like they’re waving at you BUT they’re just swatting away flies hahahah. My dad commented that the “official Australian salute” is the swatting motion in front of your face lolol. ITS ACTUALLY A LEGIT THING.

Okay I spent a whole paragraph talking about the flora and fauna lol wth. Anyway, uni is still pretty confusing to walk around because its so huge and easy to get lost. The only landmarks I know are the Religious center (which looks like a volcano, not even kidding), and the Campus center, and maybe some carparks lol. Im totally gonna get lost.

Best thing is that THERE IS FREE WIFI GLORIOUSLY SPILLING EVERYWHERE FROM THIS SCHOOL. Lol the other day I went to my bro’s card club thing. Basically a bunch of ~~nerds~~ card fanatics book 2 tutorial rooms to play cards all the way until 10pm omg lol. One room is for magic the gathering (which lots of ang mohs play) and the other room for anything else. Lol I just convieniently camped there and exploited the wifi and played dota. The ping was like 9ms omg so good. But this asshole called Kenjo (hes a ABC. And a professional LOL player wtf) was sitting next to me saying I was feeding so hard I could open a restaurant and feed all the people LOL NUUUU. I shall comment no longer.

Enrolment day was pretty fun. :D Met with qihui and ellen and naomi lol. But to enroll it was just to show your face and give them your residential address -.- Waste time hahaa. Then the orientation people were telling us of events AND THERES A GAME OF THRONES PLAY BEING SHOWED NEXT WEEK. I really wanna go omg but NO ONE WANTS TO. SOMEONE. WATCH. GAME. OF. THRONES. WITH MEEEEE. D: Ok nvm hmph I shall go there myself one day lol. Theres other cool orientation stuff like a day trip into the city for international students where they teach you public transport and give you A FREE MYKI CARD (its like an ez link card). Or like a heavily subsidised trip to a zoo-ish place that is cooler than a zoo. Lol too bad people not that hyped up to go D: but maybe they’ll change their minds nearer the date :D So excite.

4. SHENG JUN

Well ok I will need to announce officially to my blog and to the world that HO SHENG JUN IS MY BELOVED BOYFRIEND. But hes 4000km away D: And distance can be daunting. Hehe I know hes reading this, and he knows how much we love each other. So that’s fine. (: Ok I will refrain from write too many cheesy things on my blog hahah.
